Tractionous Minimus : [trak-shun-us min-ee-mus] : 1:) Lack of grip, 2:) Loss of control 3:) No bite

It is a fact that traction is lost due to overwhelming power to the drive wheels. If you're Mustang is suffering from traction loss or wheel hop it's not always too much power. Factory stamped steel control arms flex and the factory bushings have an extreme amount of deflection, this deflection can cause too much unwanted motion both lateraly and torsionaly.

Sparta Performance now has tubular lower control arms for the 2005 to present Mustangs. These high strength steel arms eliminate flex therefore increasing traction and handling while eliminating wheel hop. Precision made in the U.S.A. these arms use a polyurethane bushing with a Delrin sleeve over the crush collar for squeak free performance and eliminating the need for grease fittings, that makes them the best control arms on the market! They are here!! Control arms for the 2003 - 2004 Mercury Marauder and the 2003 + Ford Crown Victoria!! Using the same technique of combining a Delrin sleeve over the steel crush color for squeak free operation without grease fittings they provide unbeatable performance and price over the competition period!

Attention 2005 to present Mustang owners, did you know that lowering your vehicle can cause severe traction loss? Lowering the vehicle can alter suspension geometry, to eliminate this affect CHE has produced "Anti Squat" brackets. Once installed it brings the suspension instant center back to factory allowing the arms to force the axle to the ground during hard launches. Click here for more details
